What’s included:
Women will start to experience perimenopause & menopause usually in their forties. This will cause a hormone imbalance which will impact your physical, mental & emotional health. Some of the symptoms below – fatigue, Fatigue, Mood swings, Low energy, Weight gain, Bloating and Migraines.
We can manage all these symptoms holistically by balancing your hormones through nutrition, natural supplements & exercise.
I am offering 121 bespoke coaching programmes to tailor your needs as we all experience perimenopause & menopause in different ways. This will include – Nutrition, Supplement support, Weight loss, Exercise, Tools to manage mental health and Calming & relaxation techniques.
